What cookies do
Cookies are small files stored by a browser. Similar technologies can store a preference locally. They may support core operation, remember a choice or measure use. This site keeps the control desk simple: essential preference storage is used to remember your cookie selection. Optional technologies are not required to browse the pages.
Categories
| Category | Purpose | Example | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| Essential | Core site operation | Cookie preference | Session / persistent |
| Analytics | Usage measurement | Analytics identifier | Varies |
| Functional | Remember preferences | Display preferences | Varies |
The current static site uses local storage for the cookie preference banner. If analytics or functional tools are introduced, this page will be updated and the relevant consent controls will be presented where required. Third-party providers may set their own technologies only when their services are enabled.
Your choices
Select Accept All, Reject Non-Essential or Preferences in the banner. The selection is stored in your browser so the banner does not appear on every page. Clearing site data removes the choice and causes the banner to appear again. Rejecting optional storage does not prevent access to the documentation pages.
Browser controls
You can manage cookies through browser settings. In Chrome, open Settings, choose Privacy and security, then Third-party cookies or Site data. In Firefox, open Settings, choose Privacy & Security, then Cookies and Site Data. In Safari, open Settings or Preferences, choose Privacy, and review website data or cookie blocking. In Edge, open Settings, choose Cookies and site permissions, then Manage and delete cookies and site data. Names and menu paths can change between versions; consult your browser’s current help pages.
Blocking all storage may affect the site’s ability to remember your cookie preference, but the content remains available. Browser extensions, private browsing and device settings may also change how storage behaves.
Privacy and contact
Cookie-related information may be personal data where it can be linked to a person or device. Processing is described in the Privacy Policy. For questions or a privacy request, email [email protected]. North Quay Documentation Ltd., Company No. 2026-0417, 18 Meridian Yard, Rotterdam, 3011 AA, Netherlands, maintains this policy.
Updates
We may revise this policy when storage technologies, suppliers or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top identifies the current version. Review this page when you revisit the site.
